Locks of Love

For about a year, Isabelle has asked to cut her hair.  She wanted short hair REALLY bad.  Mom was apprehensive, Dad just said no.  Finally, we all reach a compromise that we were all happy with. Belle could cut her hair IF she donated it to Locks of Love.  It had to be long enough to cut 10 inches off and still be long enough to not be too short.
